We therefore did not stop BMW production. 2012: Accepted KUKA Robot programming contract on the new F30 Line (Body shop) but soon got involved with the PLC commissioning. Because of my experience, I was able to adapt quickly to the standard of programming and in the process adopted a few PLC's to commission. 2009: Split Curing Oven controls from the main power panel. Installed a new S7 300 (CPU-314 + I'O's and Analog card) PLC, SEW VSD's and an HMI operator panel. Reprogrammed the PLC until Oven in Full Production. Estimate saving of R400
