About Jean Hu

Jean is a Physical Therapist in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. She holds an AN-IMS Level 1 Dry Needling Certification, Level 1 Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Certification and Mulligan Concept manual therapy techniques. Jean is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist ( CSCS) through the NSCA and a Registered Yoga Instructor. She is a National level Bikini Competitor and was a Provincial Record holder in Powerlifting. Through her years of training, she has become a strong advocate for the importance of injury prevention, and bridging the gap between rehab and training. She believes that Physical Therapy extends beyond rehabilitation; rather it is a lifelong pursuit of optimizing the body for the future. In clinic she blends her Physical Therapy assessment and treatment with her knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning to optimize her patient’s and client’s results. Visit:
