Additional comments on professional journey : First project managed was Evacuation Station 400/500kV (installation and control) of Nuclear Power plant Daya Bay (China) under Nuclear Quality Insurance. Second project managed was CPRI Bangalore Synthetic lab as replica of les Renardières lab under EDF consultancy. Third project managed was Tanjung Priok bulk grid renovation project in Jakarta covering 82 x 150kV bays renovation or extension in 48 months Considering the amplitude of the project, I was sent to Jakarta as resident for the site content of the project including local & site activities of all substations (500 people at site in parallel) Back to France, I could realize 4 more substations including 500kV level then I decided to embrace digital control by moving to Lattes entity in 1996 at the early stages of this technology. Lattes digital entity became ww leader in this segment. To ramp-up entity at proper critical size, I was leader of pre-sales activity including creation of a global tendering tool in 2004 spread over all daughter execution centers. This tool is still used in 2023. As leader of DPAC execution center, I could improve profitability by 10%, Engagement Index by 25%, renovate industrial tool either physical or know-hows, stabilize ISO27K certification, create Maison de l’Ecofit, Maison des Services, Maison de la Génération Hybride as showcase of site skills. I am also experienced in Change Management and Risk Management We could also create nice Sustainability & Sobriety touch to give a campus ambiance to the site with high education (80% executives). I created also 30 year anniversary event to improve visibility. Finally during this period, I was social representative with numerous meetings with Unions including Covid period resulting to Constructive and animated social relations at site.
