About Jean Savick

Jean Savick is an Executive Director, and the Business Resiliency Lead for Wells Fargo’s Finance Organization. She manages a team of professionals through the oversight and execution of Business Resiliency Disaster Recovery (BRDR) and Incident Management. As the Resiliency Lead, she supports the development, implementation and testing of business continuity plans to prepare for, respond to, and continue business through incidents and business disruption. Jean began her career with Wells Fargo in 2006, having the opportunity to support resiliency and incident management activities across multiple lines of business (Consumer Lending, Consumer Small Business Banking, Wealth and Investment Management, etc.). Throughout her tenure, Jean has held various resiliency roles and has supported incident management in all capacities as a member of Enterprise Incident Command & Control (EICC). Through EICC coordination, Jean partners with subject matter experts and executives across the Enterprise to manage high-severity events with a focus on the impacts to Wells Fargo’s customers, employees, business and reputation. As the Finance Resiliency Lead, Jean is the point of contact between Enterprise Incident Management, EICC, and the Finance business to assist in mitigating risk. Jean is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), with her certification obtained in 2012 and maintained today through the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI). Jean is originally from Duluth, MN and currently lives in Des Moines, IA. Outside of work, Jean enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
