Project Manager / Business Analyst / Data Analyst: in my time I have performed all these roles. I listen well and I confirm my understanding with well-written documentation. As a result I excel at Scope and Solution Definition; Requirements Gathering & Definition; Identification of Key Performance Indicators & Critical Success Factors, and Solution Design. Because I understand how to define scope, I also do well at managing project delivery through early identification of issues and risks, and managing budget. I have experience with many different types of solutions: Enterprise Information Management, SOA / Systems Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture Design, Data Modeling (Logical & Physical), Management Information Reporting & Analytics.Business Process Management. The reason I contribute across all these areas is that I focus on what's common: the DATA. I am an excellent communicator who is able to build and effectively manage teams that involve multiple Business Units. From the very beginning of my career in Information Technology, I have excelled at listening to business users explain, using business terms and language, the challenges they face, then designing innovative solutions to those challenges that deliver true value to the business. I have learned that my ability to ‘translate’ business problems into business solutions using advanced technology is a very rare commodity.
