The Sr. Account Services Specialist is the liaison between our client relations account management teams, local and regional health plan client representatives and our eligible members. Responsibilities include promotion of SilverSneakers program and other fitness products, meeting or exceeding client service level objectives in alignment with client strategy, community outreach and awareness, day to day program operations and program quality / member experience. Focused on delivering and demonstrating value for the client, the Sr. Account Services Specialist develops and executes action plans to support client acquisition goals, increase member engagement and drive utilization in alignment with client strategy. With direction from lead Account Manager I implement local customized client acquisition and retention strategies. I coordinate community events and health plan training for expanded awareness and promotion of client partnerships as well as Healthways products and services. I ensure Healthways and SilverSneakers representation is present when appropriate, and measures the success of the events.
