About Jeanette Anable

My passion for technology began in elementary school when my dad brought home our first computer. I quickly became fascinated with how basic coding could simplify tasks. This early interest grew during college when a summer job allowed me to apply my skills to enhance office productivity. I found joy in transforming something I loved into tools that made a tangible difference at work. That summer, I worked under my dad, a seasoned manager, and learned invaluable lessons in leadership. I saw how respect is earned through empathy, integrity, and genuine care for the team. This experience inspired me to lead by example and build meaningful relationships with my colleagues. My love for customer service was solidified during a summer at Disney World in their College Program. I realized that exceptional service goes beyond problem-solving—it's about creating lasting, positive impressions. This shaped my career aspirations and deepened my commitment to a customer-first approach. With a degree in Human Resource Management, I gained a solid foundation in leadership. As my career progressed, I returned to my passion for technology, teaching myself new software and merging these skills with my leadership experience at UKG (formerly Kronos). At UKG, I honed my expertise in data analysis and software while building strong, trust-based relationships. I knew I had achieved my goal when colleagues sought my advice, regardless of reporting lines—a testament to the leadership values I learned from my dad. Outside of work, I stay creative and connected to my community through crafting and volunteering. As a dedicated goalie mom, I take pride in cheering on my son’s teams. My daughter’s involvement in theater has sparked a passion for the arts, and my husband and I love to travel, exploring new cultures and broadening our perspectives. Balancing my professional and personal life brings a unique perspective to my work, enriching my approach to leadership, customer support, and data analysis. I am committed to continuous learning, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact in everything I do.
