With 20+ years of experience in creative roles, that last 10 of which I've led human-centered design and research methodologies, I create exceptional digital products and services that meet the needs and goals of real-world users. As a Design Principal, I lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business leaders, product owners, engineers, UX designers, and developers to conceptualize, validate, and deliver solutions that drive business success and customer satisfaction. My core competencies include workshop facilitation, UX design research, brand identity and creative design strategies, multi-channel marketing, and visual design systems. I have a proven track record of applying data and mixed methods to identify unmet needs, synthesize findings, develop ideas and prototypes, and test usability and feasibility. I have also been named on 7 patents, co-authored a published medical patient behavioral study white paper, and won multiple design and marketing awards.
