About Jeanette Hames

I founded Beats the Streets, a nonprofit, faith-based organization in 2014 to empower the homeless to build a life of self-sustainability. It's all Andy's fault, but God's will. He gave a series on NOT Christian and it was all about surrendering our will and our lives over to God. It was about being a Disciple and that's when I gave my life and will over to the care of God. He quickly changed my life and I found myself helping the homeless by providing the emotional, mental, spiritual and job development and placement needs to help the build a self-sustainable life with a plan for the future. Before that, I was an executive administrator for large medical practices. Later, I later started consulting for medical practices. I turned around companies to make profits in short contract periods. Worked with several companies where their gross sales were at and their expenses were not in proportion. Just cleaned up the outgoing and improved the incoming. Turned them around and within a 2-year period sales toppled over with a clean, net profit of over I quickly analyze to find initial problems within a company and making the changes necessary to overcome them as a team. In the meanwhile having a deep look into each integral part of the company. Finding ways to diversify companies to maximize potential and increase income and profits. Use of personalized marketing strategies that are affordable, timely and for consumer education. In addition, re-education of employees is essential in the turn around process. Re-organize to improve flow of business, strategic marketing, re-education and change must happen to have positive results in a company that is not meeting it's potential.
