About Jeanne Jacobs

I am a licensed Health & Life Agent, working with Employee Benefits in the insurance industry since 1990. I started at an entry level position (because it was close to home) and proceeded on to positions as Marketing, Agency and Brokerage Manager prior to coming under the RSIA and then Leavitt banner. As the Executive Account Manager in Employee Benefits at CBIZ, I am responsible for making sure that the Brokers, Account Managers, Benefit Administrators and Clients get what they need! I bring with me a long standing love of good Customer Service, organizational and operational skills, and the knowledge, capability and practical experience to put that 'love' & skill to work. I have been very involved in our Employee Benefits industry, and have served as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Association of Health Underwriters (SVAHU) 2005-2008. I have also acted as a Delegate to the National Association of Health Underwriters,(NAHU) which acts nationally for the benefit of all insured and potentially insured people. Operationally, I have built workflows, overseen staff, been HR, A/P, A/R, moved offices, overseen the build-outs; keep the fires burning & the wolves at bay. Not much I haven't done. I have been in the Customer Service line of work since 1975. I like customers and I like solving problems for them. I like to get things organized and working at an optimum level. Prior to working at CBIZ, I was at both Leavitt Pacific and RSIA working for Greg Yoder. I have been with Greg - here at CBIZ also - for 8 years as of February 1, 2015. I was also at BCI Insurance Services before that. I held every position - front desk; Marketing Manager; Office Manager; Agency Manager etc. During that time I handled the bulk of the office management and procedureal development, bringing us from a limited computer access organization to a group with agile databases, workflows and web presence.
