About Jeanne P.

I'm a results-driven Account Manager and Operations professional with over 9 years of experience building strong client relationships, streamlining processes, and managing high-impact projects from start to finish. I’ve worked across industries—from finance to manufacturing to retail—partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes.I thrive in fast-paced environments where curiosity, adaptability, and proactive communication make the difference. Whether I’m onboarding new clients, automating workflows, or leading internal teams through change, I bring both strategic thinking and attention to detail to every initiative. Most recently, I’ve taken on roles that blend account management with project coordination, enabling me to optimize internal systems while keeping client satisfaction front and center. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on the trail—having completed a 2,198-mile Appalachian Trail thru-hike, I believe the same perseverance and grit that helped me reach Katahdin fuels how I show up at work every day.
