I leverage comprehensive analytics and dashboards that reflect a 360 view of the customer to understand and communicate with intent and support. Sales and revenue generation come down to this: providing client care that creates a great customer experience, i.e. building relationships, finding creative solutions to often complex problems, and doing so in an upbeat, ultra-supportive manner. This builds gratitude and genuine retention.
