About Jed Brown

I'm a product executive who loves using technology to improve the lives of people. Tough product and engineering challenges are what get me up in the morning and have made these 20+ years of shipping world-class consumer and enterprise software an amazing journey.I find that building relationships, strong individuals, and customer focused teams matters in everything you do to succeed. The pursuit of what uplifts those around us and our customers keeps me energized and excited to tackle new opportunities everyday.I highly value tinkering, prototyping, growth hacking, and staying on top of trends and technologies. I champion for the customer by driving the experience, vision, and strategy from a balanced set of data analytics, industry analysis, and most importantly - by listening to my customers. Delighting customers comes from solving their problems in a simple and elegant way.I've been awarded 13 patents and an additional 3 patents pending for software design innovation in the areas of communication interfaces and collaborative experiences on behalf of Microsoft and Fuze.Previously self-employed entrepreneur and consultant.
