About Jed Nalder

In only eight years, my two business partners and I built a multi million dollar business from the ground up. I am incredibly proud of our achievements, and know that in the face of challenge, our team lives by the belief that “nothing is insurmountable”. My role in developing this successful business has involved overseeing all financial and legal compliance, structuring company systems, strategic planning, and managing health, safety, environmental and quality standards. I also project managed the implementation of our ISO accreditations for quality and environmental standards as well as our AS/NZ 4801 health and safety, to create an Integrated Management System. In March 2018, we became officially accredited by the Federal Safety Commissioner of Australia (FSC), a project that I also managed. We are now one of approximately 450 businesses in Australia that holds this accreditation enabling us to work on all government and privately funded projects. I am passionate about getting things in order “behind the scenes” so that the business is able to function and thrive. This means continually ensuring that we meet compliance, provide a great work culture for our people, and set up strong systems and documentation. In my role as Managing Director, I oversee all day-to-day activities within the business including Operational, Client Services, Financial, Health & Safety and Human Resource Management. I particularly enjoy the strong relationships we have built with our client base and relish the opportunity to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience in accounting, auditing, financial compliance, due diligence and project management. I’ve worked for a number of ASX listed and large private companies and also worked at an accounting firm in London for six months.
