About Jed Raymond

Remote operations professional currently working as Accommodation Manager at Kathleen Valley Village, supporting a large FIFO workforce within the Kathleen Valley lithium operation. My role operates across a broad range of village services and mine site cleaning activities, contributing to the coordination and performance of key operational areas within a 24/7 remote environment. I lead workforce planning across service areas and work closely with operational teams to ensure services run safely, efficiently and to a consistent standard. I’m particularly focused on strengthening operational systems and accountability across teams through practical process improvements, clear expectations and strong day-to-day coordination across service areas. Prior to entering the resources sector, I held leadership roles at Synergy across complaints management, government relations and compliance, working closely with executive leadership and external stakeholders including government offices and the Energy and Water Ombudsman. This combination of operational leadership, workforce coordination and stakeholder engagement has shaped a practical and systems-focused approach to remote operations.
