My website and portfolio: jedrobertsonmusic.com Since 2014 I have been working as a composer of cinematic, ambient and incidental music. This has included themes for animated shorts, scores for short films, songs based on the content of books ad much more. My most recent score was for The Hounds of Annwn, an animated short film by Picl Animation which will be available on BBC iPlayer very soon. In 2019 I took on the role of guitarist and composer for the alt-pop artist Foxxglove which has included many live and studio performances as well as writing credits on several of her tracks. I also perform a similar role for Hemes, another up and coming pop artist. In both these ensembles I am also responsible for running backing and click tracks in a live setting and leading rehearsals. During the summer of 2021, I joined the backing band for Welsh-language indie-folk artist Mari Mathias playing both guitar and Irish bouzouki as well as providing backing vocals. Her debut album 'Annwn' released in early 2022 features my playing on all tracks. Performances have included Llwyfan y Maes at the 2022 National Eisteddfod, appearances on Noson Lawen and ITV's Backstage and her highly anticipated album launch show.
