Over 20 years’ experience specialising in investment acquisitions and disposals, property and asset management, sales and leasing, and development consultancy. Focus on residential, office, retail, hotel, industrial and mixed-use property sectors. Extensive knowledge of project finance and cash flow modelling, project marketing, feasibility/best-use studies, sales, leasing, valuations, tenant services, acquisition and disposal due diligence and all aspects of property management. Works closely with Government entities, corporations, institutions, property companies, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds and high net-worth individuals. Supervision of third-party consultants, suppliers and associated contracts.
