About Jedd Sprosen

Proven events manager with 10 years of managerial experience in a festival background. Commercial event experience gained through my current role at We The Curious, where I have also managed some events. Established team leader, from motivation to delegation, empowerment to diplomacy. A strong team is a group of individuals coming together to create a single minded family with a clear vision and ethos. I have excellent communication skills, am a fantastic motivator and I pride myself on my punctuality. These communication skills have proven useful when dealing with multiple contractors, traders and punters during festival work, particularly Boomtown. I use my strong sense of initiative and apply both logical and emotional thinking to overcome any situation, however unexpected. I love events and it will always be a hobby of mine, but I have a keen interest in roles related to music, marketing, communications, management, PR, data and working for a great company in general would be exciting, even if the role is new ground for me!
