I am a dynamic and strategically focused banking professional with 15 years of experience in Corporate Banking across Indian and Foreign banks. I excel in working in the areas of Strategy and Business Development, Team Management, Client Relationship Management, Corporate Finance and Credit Risk management. I currently head the Government Banking and Multinational Corporate Banking departments for Yes Bank for the state of Telangana. My key areas of expertise include creating a strategy for new business expansion and executing it with a team of well trained professionals. I interact with CXOs of Large Corporates and Government Head of Departments to originate business deals and complete their execution to the satisfaction of the client. As a senior business leader, I manage a team of professionals to successfully drive KPI metrics, setting benchmarks, and improving profitability by meeting bottom/top-line performance targets, and applying the understanding of innovation in financial services and emerging technologies for client solutions. My other areas of strength include deep understanding of Banking and Corporate Finance. During the course of my career, I have had in depth experience of financial statement analysis, corporate finance, financial modelling, credit risk assessment, debt portfolio management and client relationship management. Some of my key accomplishments across the tenure include establishing a regional banking business from scratch, on boarding multiple blue chip clients and empanelling my bank with the state government by liaising with top bureaucrats. I have an innate sense of task prioritisation, managerial aptitude and result-oriented attitude towards accelerating organisational growth in a time-bound and competitive environment.
