I’m a junior at Christopher Newport University majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Cybersecurity. My work centers on software development and applied research, with experience across full-stack development, AI, and geospatial analysis. Most recently, I interned with NASA DEVELOP, where I used GIS and satellite data to help communities respond to natural disasters. I also worked with the City of Newport News, designing a DEI-focused website for Human Resources, including UI/UX research, wireframing, and documentation for future implementation. Previously, I evaluated large language models (ChatGPT, Gemini) as a Research Assistant, building automation tools in Python and Java and integrating AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3) for scalable performance analysis. Outside internships, I’ve developed InvestEasy, a full-stack stock evaluation tool with real-time market data, and built a Duck Hunt-style Python game applying OOP and unit testing. Certified in AutoCAD and Inventor, with experience in customer-facing roles, I combine technical skill with clear communication. I’m seeking opportunities in software engineering, backend development, or applied research.
