With over two decades of experience across supplier quality, manufacturing, and strategic sourcing, I’ve had the privilege of shaping automotive ecosystems, driving flawless global launches, and building supplier capabilities for next-generation mobility. From orchestrating rapid EV ramp-ups and launching industry-first digital supplier quality platforms to resolving high-stakes quality issues across geographies, my journey has been about transforming complexity into scalable, resilient systems that fuel business growth. A hands-on and forward-looking leader, I’ve built the Supplier Quality function at MG Motor India from the ground up, scaled teams, and institutionalized governance frameworks underpinning EV, hybrid, and ICE launches. At Ford, I led supplier readiness for greenfield operations, delivered multiple global vehicle programs across India, China, and Thailand, and recognized as a subject matter expert in paint applications across Asia. What defines my leadership is a relentless focus on execution and long-term value creation. Whether it’s embedding APQP/PPAP rigor to eliminate launch risks, digitizing supplier performance management, negotiating strategic sourcing agreements, or accelerating localization and VAVE programs to achieve cost and policy targets, I lead with precision and deliver with impact. I was recognized with awards including the President’s Award at MG Motor and multiple Asia Pacific Excellence Awards at Ford.
