In November 2014, merger of two of the biggest banking organisation viz, ING Vysya Bank Limited and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd was announced. The PMO was tasked with running probably the largest program in Indian Banking industry to integrate Kotak Mahindra Bank and ING Vysya Bank across systems, process, brand, people and facilities with zero disruptions to the ‘business as usual’. Was responsible for end to end integration of IT and Retail Labilities Portfolios from the PMO. Excellence in designing and driving Project Management Office process and practices leveraging modern PMO tools like HP Project and Portfolio Manager ver 9.22, HP Application Life-cycle Management ver 11.52, MS Project etc.•Excellence in coordination between project stakeholders and managers to complete the projects while serving as the single point of contact from project initiation to completion.•An out-of-the-box thinker, passionate professional and ability to ‘get things done’. Skilled in coordinating large portfolio to the tune of INR 100 crore with large workforces, projects and departments, maintaining peaceful & amicable work environment within the portfolio.
