Jeevan Pinto is a strategic infrastructure leader with over a decade of experience across various sectors, including local government, engineering, and complex program delivery. In his current role as Manager Infrastructure at Northern Grampians Shire Council, he oversees multidisciplinary teams responsible for roads, drainage, buildings, bridges, and open space, driving alignment between long-term planning, asset sustainability, and operational delivery. He has successfully delivered over $80 million in infrastructure programs, secured more than $7.5 million in grant funding, and led flood studies, community recreation upgrades, and energy efficiency projects, to name a few. His leadership has enabled significant improvements in service outcomes, financial performance, and program delivery consistency. Jeevan’s background includes marine engineering, manufacturing, and municipal infrastructure, bringing a systems thinking approach and practical delivery focus to every project. He has held executive leadership responsibilities as Acting Director Infrastructure and Amenity and continues to contribute to state level infrastructure policy through submissions and intergovernmental engagement.
