Experienced in E&I Inspection activity including Calibration of process field instruments (HART & FF type), PSV,FAT, SAT, Final QAQC, Functionality Check, Checking of Cable Tray Layout, Testing of Signal, Control & Power Cables, HT & MV Cables, Cold Loop & Hot loop Testing, DCDB & MCC Switchgear Panels, Junction Box (IS & NON-IS), SAT of Solar Charger Panel, F&G Panel, PLC Panel, Battery Charger Panel, Navigation-Aid Lighting Panel, Gas Detectors Functionality Check (Hydrogen, Hydrocarbon & Hydrogen-sulphide) using Calibration LEL & PPM Gases, Heat, Smoke, Ultraviolet (UV) Detectors, Cable Laying checking along with cable dressing, glanding, ferruling, tagging & termination, SAT of hydro-pneumatic Wellhead Shutdown Panels (SDP) using SAFE CHART and CAUSE & EFFECT MATRIX chart, Hydro & Leak Testing of ESD,FSD tubing, Impulse Lines and air supply lines for Pressure Switches, Control Valves, SSV & Review of final As-built documentation and generate punch-list and observation list if and wherever necessary.
