About Jeevan Rego

Jeevan has more than 20 years of broad industry expertise with deep skills in Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, Organisational transformation, Project Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, business process re-engineering, and navigating across business cultures. Jeevan is currently Tribe Agile Coach at the Post Trade Tribe in the Large Corporate & Instutional segment of Danske Bank. Prior to this, he was Manager of Commercial Operational at Centrica Energy Trading in Aalborg, Denmark. Jeevan was formerly an Agile Coach in the Markets Tribe (organisation) at Danske Bank's Technology organisation supporting the Investment Bank. Prior to this, he was Senior Project Manager in the Wholesale Banking Services organisation at Danske Bank. Before moving to Denmark in 2019, Jeevan was a Process Engineering Manager at Wells Fargo, where the focus was on Business Process Management, including mapping the entire organisation into its component parts with risk and controls identification to satisfy a US Federal Reserve consent order. Prior to that, he was the Compliance Director at Citizens Financial Group, where his focus was on understanding the risks to consumers of marketing/sales, working to resolve risks in a collaborative way. Prior to joining Citizens, Jeevan spent 10 years with Bank of America in various functions including Risk Management and Quality & Productivity. He also brings experience in customer satisfaction and margin improvement in industrial companies such as General Electric and Cameron International.
