As a Senior Partner at EY, I serve as the Global Account Partner for one of the largest Consumer Products and Pet Care companies in the world. I focus on understanding the personal and professional motivations of the clients we serve and then aligning EY teams to meet their specific needs in both content and culture. I am dedicated to helping clients learn from others, connect internal resources, mitigate risks, and achieve their desired outcomes. The greatest satisfaction comes from earning the opportunity to serve my clients repeatedly and receiving referrals based on trust, authenticity, and a deep understanding of their culture. In addition to building diverse teams across geographies to tackle transformative objectives, my consulting expertise lies in connecting business strategy with operating models and talent frameworks, maximizing the potential of the total workforce. I work in both Transformations and Transactions (M&A). Previously, I led the EY People Advisory Services business for the US-East Region, where I doubled revenue and grew the team to close to 500 practitioners in just four years. I also worked across the US Regions and LATAM to help scale our People Advisory practices in those regions, following my playbook. Before EY, I was Vice President and leader of Booz Allen’s Strategic Human Capital and Talent Management consulting business. I have authored several thought pieces and taught at Georgetown University and Emory University within their MBA programs. I hold an MBA from Emory University, a B.S. in Finance from Bradley University, and multiple Master's Certificates, including Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Chicago, Big Data Analytics from Harvard Business School, and the EY Strategic Leadership Program from Harvard Business School
