As the Head of Operations at Curaleaf International, I oversee the full scope of supply chain, manufacturing, quality, compliance, and operational strategy across multiple international markets. My role is focused on optimizing performance, ensuring regulatory excellence, and executing growth strategies that align with evolving market demands and patient needs.Previously, I served as the Head of Product Development at Northern Green Canada, where I led the successful development and launch of differentiated cannabis products for domestic and global markets. My leadership contributed to a strong pipeline of EU-GMP certified offerings and cross-border product commercialization.I am also the Founder and Director of Chef de Hashish Limited, a consulting company specializing in solventless extraction and artisanal cannabis products. This venture reflects my passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and deep technical knowledge in niche extraction methodologies.Earlier in my career, I was the Co-Founder and General Manager at CannTx Life Sciences Inc, where I was responsible for the daily operations of a licensed cultivation and processing facility, managing everything from compliance and security to strategic planning and team development.With extensive expertise in operational strategy, regulatory compliance, international supply chain management, and new product development, I bring a holistic and agile approach to leadership.
