About Jeff Adeli

Jeff has more than 28 years of experience working with clients in a broad range of industries including consumer products, technology, telecommunications, utilities and other industries. He has significant experience with SEC registrants, large privately held companies and private equity/venture capital funds. Jeff's experiences have demonstrated tremendous agility working with multinational and domestic companies across industry sectors. Jeff also spent two year working abroad in Düsseldorf, Germany where he served one of PwC's largest audit clients. As an engagement partner Jeff has worked with clients to address various challenging accounting issues and adoption of standards. Jeff has significant experience with US GAAP and SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve out audits, registration statements and public offerings (S-1, S-3's). Jeff's career has been focused on developing relationships with clients to foster a collaborative approach on managing objectives. Jeff believes a successful relationship is demonstrated by trust and open communications. He looks forward to expanding on existing relationships and building new ones as he provides value for his clients.
