As a Product Leader dedicated to exploring the possibilities and inspiring teams to produce unprecedented results, I straddle both e-Learning solutions and next-gen SaaS platforms. Over the years, I’ve gained a reputation for my ability to move projects forward with velocity, and for being “dependable” as I’ve led teams to deliver under pressure—consistently on time and under budget. I’ve also delivered successfully on large-scale, technically complex product projects by ensuring that all critical business requirements and feature sets are met and delivered by the team. Key to my success has been in my ability to intimately understand, anticipate, and build products around customer needs, and to structure teams that work well together and can get the job done by complimenting each other’s strengths. Initially joining ecommerce-travel pioneer Switchfly during the company’s nascent startup days, I played an integral role as a Product Leader in building and scaling a complex, next-gen SaaS platform to $30MM+ ARR in 5 years. More recently, as Head of Product for Chromatic Content (an eLearning product and strategy consultancy) and WELL Learning Library (an eLearning Health & Wellness content platform), I built, scaled, led, and inspired product teams in the development and launch of award-winning eLearning solutions—attaining Top 50 GFEL award-winning status in 2021. ADDITIONAL KEY WINS: Founded company that spoke to the learning needs of nascent to established companies, and ran successfully for 5+ years, managing team, budget/financing, sales targets, and operations. From this company, additionally co-founded, built, and launched a robust eLearning content platform intent on transforming the health and wellness of client employees. Integral role in scaling a growing SaaS platform to $30MM in ARR in 5 years—where rose from employee #36 as an analyst to become a senior leader of a 350-employee organization. Developed B2B business strategy for the Hotel product line, scaling a SaaS hotel distribution network to deliver 50x growth in hotel distribution revenues generating $10MM+ ARR in 3 years.
