Jeff Andersen has had the following Engineering and Maintenance Experience: • Preparation of QA and MDR's for projects. • Working on Greenfield and Brownfield projects and in plant maintenance environments Installation of conveyor transfer points Carrying out live repairs and hot taps on gas mains handling coke ovens gas which has methane, hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Gas main sizes ranging from 200 mm to 1500 mm constructed from carbon steel. • Carrying out maintenance in a plant that remove Naphthalene, Benzene, Toluene and Xylene using stripping oil to remove these products from the gas stream of the coke ovens gas. • Carrying out maintenance on electrostatic precipitators • Tar extraction from process liquor • Balancing process fans. • Maintenance on centrifuges. • Development of refractory panels for process gases • Rebuilding of distillation columns • Maintaining vessels and process pipelines that handle Sulphuric Acid ranging in concentration from 99% and less than 20%. Selection of duplex stainless steel and carbon steel. • Maintenance of plate and tube type heat exchangers. • Maintenance of structures in corrosive environments and hazardous gas zones. • Organising maintenance in confined spaces and hazardous gas zones. • Planning detailing and Installation of carbon steel pipe work and high density Polyethylene pipes As an Jeff has worked for construction companies on large infrastructure projects in the early stages of my career and in recent years. He has Senior First Aid qualifications which have been used on Construction projects and is also a qualified sports med trainer and has been involved in leading stretch exercises at construction site pre-start meetings.
