As the CEO of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, I lead an organization that is transforming business education with a unique faculty model and highly customized leadership development programs. Senior Executive As an executive with experience in corporate finance, manufacturing, corporate development, and international business, I have demonstrated the ability to solve big problems and accomplish major strategic goals in any setting. Experienced Board Chair and Member As a Board chair, I led the transformation of two non-profit organizations by getting the board focused on their proper role and by selecting, developing and unleashing superior CEO’s. Most recently, I served as the first outside director for Lane Construction, a $1.5 billion civil construction firm. I helped the Board bridge years of misunderstandings and conflict to chart a clear direction for the business. The company was sold in January 2016 at one of highest prices ever in the construction industry.
