With over 26 years of leadership in the retail spirits industry, I bring a proven track record of driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and developing data-driven category strategies that translate into measurable business results. My career has spanned every tier of the alcohol industry, from retail and wholesale to supplier relations, giving me a 360-degree view of the market. Currently, I serve as a Category Manager at Goody Goody Liquor Inc, where I lead category performance for high-volume spirits lines, optimizing assortments, promotional calendars, and vendor programs to maximize ROI. Earlier in my career, I successfully managed sales operations across North Texas, oversaw custom construction project delivery, and led regional market expansion efforts for emerging brands. Throughout each role, I’ve built and led sales teams, trained frontline representatives, negotiated supplier contracts, and executed large-scale product rollouts with precision. I hold certifications as a Specialist of Wine (CSW), WSET Level 2, and Level 1 with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and I bring deep product knowledge to every decision I make. My strengths include category management and sales strategy, vendor negotiation and supplier relations, retail and wholesale operations, data analysis, inventory optimization, POS and planogram execution, and team development.
