Experienced General Manager, sales manager and service managerwith a demonstrated history of overseeing sales operations, sales management, recruitment, customer satisfaction and performance management. At Climate Works I am responsible for overseeing the entire residential sales organization; which includes 3 install crews, 2 technicians and 3 office support staff. At Climate Works our goal was to eclipse a target of $1 million in sales and to improve our online reputation with regards to our google review page. Since commencing at Climate Works, we have eclipsed both goals 2 years running. At Goodlife Fitness, my goal from day one was to move vertically within the organization. Each position was a stepping stone for the position sitting above. As a fitness advisor (sales associate) I was able to quickly demonstrate my ability to reach and exceed the goals that were set, which led to an opportunity for Assistant General Manager at another branch. As an Assistant Manager, I was responsible for managing the overall membership sales of the club, as well as managing the member retention. Within my first year as a manager, I was recognized as one of the Top 200 employees in the company. In working with my Divisional Manager, we devised a succession plan to take over as General Manager when an opportunity were to arise. In 2014, that opportunity presented itself. I was responsible for leading the direction of the entire club, as well as managing a staff of over 50 employees. It was in this position I ultimately learned how to and how not to manage employees to garner their best performance. I was once again recognized as one the top 200 employees, but what was more important to me at the time was having my associates recognized as top performers. Three of my Assistant General Managers went on to become General Managers at other clubs, which is an accomplishment I’m very proud of. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, writing and recording music, running with my dog Banks and spending time with friends and family at our cottage in Bouchette, QC.
