About Jeff Attard

I’ve proudly been involved in the disability sector for over three years—beginning as a Support Worker for one year, then stepping into the role of Business Development Officer, and now newly appointed as a NDIS Access Manager at Heartland Support Services. In this role, I lead a passionate team dedicated to helping individuals and families gain access to the NDIS scheme. With the knowledge I’ve gained and continue to build—especially as the NDIS evolves—I’m deeply committed to ensuring that no one is left behind. Helping people with disabilities navigate the NDIS is more than just a job for me—it’s personal. I have close family members, including my son and two granddaughters, who are on the NDIS, as well as friends and community members who live with disabilities. This lived experience fuels my passion to advocate, support, and guide others through the system. I take great pride in knowing that I’ve helped individuals and families work toward their goals and achieve a better quality of life.
