In July, 2019, after a highly successful career which included the last 17 years as Chief Financial Officer at several private and public high growth technology companies, Jeff Babka began a new chapter in his career by "hanging out a shingle" to take on on advisory and director roles at high growth businesses across the globe. Jeff's CFO experience includes leading a highly successful IPO on the New York Stock Exchange and sales of both a private UK company and a private US company. Jeff's career highlights include: • CFO of Applied Predictive Technologies (APT). APT is the world’s largest cloud-based predictive analytics software company, and via a dual track process, was acquired by MasterCard in May 2015 in a transaction that valued the company at $600 million. • CFO of Sophos, a global IT Security company based in Oxford, UK. In June, 2010, Sophos was acquired by Apax Partners in a transaction valuing the Company in excess of $830 million after a dual-track process. • CFO of NeuStar, Inc, leading NeuStar’s efforts on its $700 million Initial Public Offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange on June 29, 2005. NeuStar was awarded “2005 IPO of the Year” by IFR and Renaissance Capital. • Most recently, as CFO of nCino, Jeff was responsible for building the financial systems, processes and organization necessary to support the Company's product and geographic expansion initiatives, both organic and inorganic, and raise the capital necessary to fund these initiatives. Jeff Babka’s career includes a wide variety of financial and operational management and executive positions, including a long tenure at AT & T, Lucent Technologies, and Concert, and completing 15 acquisitions. Jeff is a Magna cum Laude graduate of the University of Dayton, and obtained his MBA from Manhattan College. He is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program, and obtained CPA certification in Ohio in 1974.
