I have 25 years experience in Semiconductor Photo lithography processing. I have experience in starting up 2 six inch fabs and 1 eight inch fab. I also have maintained and repaired all types of photo lithography equipment, including supervising and training other technicians. I enjoy challenges and troubleshooting difficult problems, work well with others in solving processing and equipment issues. I have written and updated several equipment specifications. I have been a member of several cross functional teams, mainly reliability centered teams.
