About Jeff Bamundo

Jeff Bamundo is an experienced management and IT consulting professional with over 25 years of financial services industry experience. Insurance industry experiences include work in actuarial, underwriting, loss control and systems development. He has spent the last 20+ years providing consulting services on a wide variety of technology assurance, performance improvement, and business process and technology initiatives to insurance, banking and retail brokerage companies. Prior to his consulting experiences, Jeff was responsible for business, automation and operational analysis in the Life & Property-Casualty Actuarial Divisions, Commercial Property Underwriting, and Business Systems Development for an international insurance holding company. Most recently, Jeff has been working on development and implementation of end-to-end insurance product platforms and portals for commercial insurance companies in the U.S.(Earlier in his career, Jeff focused on providing professional services and support to a variety of industry areas.) He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills that translate into customer relationship building, expertise in managing client expectations, project leadership and overall team effectiveness. He conveys an understanding and genuine concern for the priorities of his clients, regardless of the industry or challenge. Jeff also connects well with the internal and external resources charged with delivery of a proposed solution through all phases of a project’s lifecycle. His relevant skill sets allow him to not only discuss and document the requirements of a client company but to also analyze and enhance those definitions with first-hand knowledge of the inner operations and processing of both insurance and reinsurance enterprises. Jeff received a BS degree in Actuarial Sciences from St John’s University, School of Risk Management (when it was then known as "The College of Insurance") in New York City.
