He brings a diverse background from the automotive, paperboard, and textile industries as well as proven skills in process improvement, quality management, and organizational transformation. He is a Six Sigma certified Black Belt with a proven track record of delivering value to businesses by uncovering key insights through data and critical thinking. From years of non-profit work and volunteering in Africa and Asia, he has a deep appreciation for other cultures. Jeff is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. As members of the Chattanooga community, Jeff and his wife Lauren love to travel, host, and work together on house projects. Jeff also enjoys photography, woodworking, and staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends.
