About Jeff Bass

With over a decade of experience in facilities management, maintenance, and security, I am a proven leader and expert in this field. I have successfully overseen and managed multiple commercial and nonprofit properties and assets, ensuring their safety, comfort, and accessibility. I have also leveraged my skills and knowledge in construction and financial services to buy, build, and sell income properties and business development projects across different markets and locations. For the past four years, I have been working as a Maintenance Supervisor at Children's Home Society of South Dakota, a nonprofit organization that provides services and programs for children and families in need. In this role, I have been responsible for supervising a team of maintenance and housekeeping staff and coordinating the facilities operations and contracts for the organization. From May 2022 to February 2024, I also served as the Director of Facilities Management, leading the facilities management department and managing the budget and resources for the organization's properties and assets. I am passionate about supporting the organization's mission and vision by creating and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for the children and staff.
