About Jeff Baugher

With over 15 years of experience in higher education and public administration, I have dedicated my career to enhancing equity, inclusion, and student access. My journey began with a focus on supporting students with disabilities, where I found a home as an administrator and advocate for students with disabilities. This foundation has driven my passion for inclusive education. I have consistently advocated for students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to succeed.I have managed large-scale projects in the public and private sectors, overseeing technical implementations, organizational changes, and policy development. My experience includes managing statewide grants, consulting with small—to medium-sized businesses, and entrepreneurial projects.Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate in higher education leadership, I am committed to advancing my career in higher education. My goal is to continue pushing for inclusive education while bringing new and innovative programs to life that address the evolving needs of our diverse student population. I believe that the future of education lies in embracing equity efforts while fostering innovative technology-based solutions that empower students to reach their full potential.I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities that align with my vision of transforming higher education for the betterment of all students.
