At Key Bank, I work with sales leaders and look for ways to optimize sales team effectiveness and the client experience. My team is responsible for sales strategy, the sales process, sales readiness, lead generation, demand generation, CRM and other sales technology, data and analytics, and sales training and development. I have 30 years of broad experience in commercial banking and financial services. My career foundation was set early with several New England based banks and finance institutions and later spent many years with GE Capital and Textron Financial in various business development and management roles. My academic background includes a BA in Marketing and an MBA in Finance, both from the University of Connecticut. I am also a certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from two Global Fortune 500 companies, AXA and Textron. I believe in the power of continuous education and am always looking for additional ways to increase my knowledge.
