I’m a seasoned executive and veteran heading large programs and projects across multiple product categories and various manufacturing technologies, materials, and processes, within matrixed and regulatory environments. I’ve extensive experience creating and managing suppliers and supply chains across the globe as well as with acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures. I have a unique ability to distill the critical few from the trivial many in large and complete situations, allowing teams to focus their efforts on problem resolution and the realization of opportunities. I’m skilled in the development of internal and external teams and talent development with my organizations recognized as a competitive advantage for their cost savings, problem-solving, proactive capacity development, and commitment to quality. I learned how to lead by example with a servant leadership mentality in the crucible of heading small and mid-sized units in the U.S. Army, lessons I've carried with me and applied throughout my career in business.
