About Jeff Bishop

Experienced leader in healthcare administration with a unique background in Medical and Dental. My diverse experience has helped me navigate the ever changing requirements of patients unique Healthcare experiences. Helping to provide the patient with a better understanding, and exceptional experience, and help guide employees in providing this experience. With five years experience similar to a medical assistant in the Navy I have a unique perspective on patient care that assists me in my administrative duties. Having managed supply and immunization programs I understand budget, project, and time management. As well as the importance of process improvement. As an office administrator I am directly responsible for patient satisfaction and records management while maintaining HIPPA compliance. I am also responsible for training new employees and creating standard operating procedures to outline daily clinic operations. I am currently a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and the Southern New Hampshire University Alumni Association.
