A highly accomplished Senior Operations professional with over 30 years of extensive practical experience including leading successful enablement and operations teams as the Chief Operating Officer for ANZ Banking Group Ltd across multiple Asian geographies within the Banking and Finance industry. Proven track record of managing and implementing transformation initiatives through both organic growth programs and also complex integrations to ensure the successful completion of acquisitions. Subsequently applied the knowledge and management disciplines developed in the Finance Industry within the Operations and Shared Services function at Chandler Macleod, one of Australia's largest providers of Human Resource Solutions including Recruitment, Assessment, Workforce Management and Managed Services. Implemented Project Governance and Project Management processes within Tandem Corporation, who manage over 2,900 subcontracting companies by their innovative workforce design and delivery capabilities with Australia's leading telco, insurance, retail and home entertainment brands. More recently returned to the Banking and Finance Industry as Chief Operating Officer for International Bank of Australia, a global payments bank licensed in Australia, that will provide banking and payments services to support the increasing global mobility of capital, commerce and people.
