About Jeff Bradley

In my role as National Operating Officer, I work closely with key partners across Financial Planning, Mortgage Specialist, Group Advantage, Regional Banking National Office, Career Sales Force operations, and the broader organization. I am responsible for the implementation of key strategic and transformational business initiatives that improve the employee experience, while ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and soundness across Career Sales Force through an engaged workforce. I began my 26+ years with RBC in the branch network before taking on regional and national leadership roles. My career has spanned a variety of progressive senior leadership positions in Personal & Commercial Banking, including Director, Regional Enablement; Center Manager, Advice Center; Senior Director, Role Design & Execution; Regional Vice President, Integrated Markets; and Senior Director, Credit Management & Recoveries. Throughout my time at RBC I have consistently led high-impact initiatives that transformed both the client and employee experience. My team was instrumental in the transformation of role strategy and the re-launch of comprehensive practice management. I also successfully led a high priority, complex, high growth market through periods of significant challenge to achieve strong growth, high employee engagement, and leading client experience. While at CM & R, I also led several transformational initiatives, including the integration of HSBC employees and processes.
