There is so much more beyond our limiting beliefs… Jeff offers private coaching programs to those who may find themselves overusing various substances to escape or numb their lives. He specializes with Midlife Gay Men who may also be struggling with the "I'll Be Happy When" syndrome, as he once was. We work to uncover limiting beliefs and change mindsets, that so often we may not even be aware are affecting our daily lives. This science-based methodology and compassion lead approach alleviates the need for willpower and creates the lasting change we all seek. Jeff has successfully coached hundreds of people through issues related to their career, alcohol, food, shopping, relationships, and a multitude of "things" that we all use from time to time to escape or numb ourselves. He has ditched the labels, the shame, and the blame, that unfortunately can be so commonplace in this space. It's time to put ourselves at the top of our own list, keep our own tanks full, so we can show up in the world as our best selves. In doing that we really are then giving everyone else the best gift of all.
