About Jeff Burroughs

I have over 15 years of total experience working with computer software. I pride myself on my strong communication, problem solving, and ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts. I am certified for both Applications and Customizations/Configurations for Microsoft CRM. I started the first 8 years of my career as a C/C++/SDL developer with Motorola working on a variety of different technologies. I spent the first 6 years working on the iDen technology. During that time, I helped develop the network that Nextel implemented for its cellular infrastructure. I moved over into the WiMax network infrastructure team, furthering my development background by working on the data network side of the WiMax technology. I then transitioned my career into Quality Assurance for the Microsoft CRM consulting firm Sonoma Partners. I spent 3.5 years reading functional specifications, developing test plans, executing test plans, and performing customer support to engage the correct resources in order to resolve their issues. I then wanted to grow my CRM skills even further, and I was an Application Consultant at CoCENTRIX. I spent my time meeting with clients, documenting their requirements, implementing customizations, performing demos, delivering training, and ensuring the clients are more than satisfied with the final product. I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead.
