About Jeff Burzinski

Experienced CEO and Chief Operating Officer with a successful history of working primarily in the financial services industry. Served as a director for over 20 nonprofit, for profit, private and public boards. As a bank Director I served financial institutions with assets ranging from zero to $750 million dollars. Beginning in I raised $8MM in capital for a new Denovo Bank and sold the bank nine years later for $57.5MM. This was a compounded return on investment in excess of 24% annually. The bank during that time was also the fastest growing bank in Carver County while the beneficiary of the highest regulatory ratings by bank examiners. In 2006 the bank was one of just a few banks in the Minneapolis Federal Reserve without a classified or criticized loan and zero technical exceptions. In addition the banks last three years of operations delivered an annual ROA in excess of 1.20% and ROE of 13% plus. The Bank’s Customer Satisfaction Rating was historically around 97%. The sale in July of 2008 based on a multiple of book was the 8th highest multiple in the country at the time. Currently I serve as Director for a National Bank in Dearborn, Michigan and a Nonprofit in Tampa, Florida. In addition I am doing Strategic Planning and Organizational Development for exclusively nonprofits.
