I'm an experienced software engineer and developer specializing in the object-oriented use of PHP and MySQL along with the major client-side languages (HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript) and fluent knowledge in the use of AJAX and JSON for use on Linux and/or Windows OS's. I am also able to develop using ASP, MSSQL and VBScript with systems that focus solely on Microsoft platforms. I specialize in the development and design of databases, application level coding and front-end user interfaces. I am fairly comfortable in working with PHP's Zend Framework to streamline and organize the application level code. My most preferred combination of languages is PHP with MySQL however I am fluent in working with ASP and MSSQL (T-SQL/Transact-SQL) as well. I understand and am able to implement the use of RSS, XML, AJAX and JSON for data communications with other applications, systems and/or communicating directly with the client machines. I have written several application systems completely from scratch and have a unique understanding in reverse-engineering systems to identify weak areas of an application so that they can be improved, enhanced and/or performed under complete automation.
