As an R&D Digital Knowledge Specialist at Cargill, I am part of a dedicated team responsible for managing and enhancing our global internal knowledge platform. My role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at improving both the platform and its content- Platform Management: Implementing improvements and enhancing user experience to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of our users- Content Management: Conducting metadata clean-up and content review to maintain high-quality, accurate, and accessible information- Knowledge Building Projects: Leading and participating in small projects focused on knowledge building and capturing, ensuring valuable insights are documented and shared- AI Integration: Engaging in projects that explore and implement AI technologies, preparing our platform for future advancements- Global Collaboration: Maintaining good connections and facilitating knowledge capturing by working closely with our regional boosters across the globe. My work is driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that our knowledge platform remains a vital resource for our organization. In 2022 I graduated as a bachelor, majoring in biochemistry. During my studies I took my internship at Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant as a laboratory technician. During the internship I mainly worked on various fermentation processes on lab scale.
